Tanglewood Manor is south of Lancaster off US 222 to the southwest of Quarryville on Scotland Road.

The course is over the gently rolling former farmland of southeastern Pennsylvania. It's best characterized by broad, tree-lined fairways leading to generous, well-defended green complexes with water hazards in play on several holes. It will play to 6,379 yards, 70.8/122, course/slope ratings off the back tees with three shorter tees, designed by Chester Ruby.
