Pine Meadows is 5 miles north of Lebanon on PA 343 in a natural setting surrounded by farmland, fields, and forests.

The course is bisected by Swatara Creek, which is crossed twice during a round. It features generous fairways lined or dotted with trees and bordered by natural areas, water hazards in play on 14 holes overall, and less than 20 sand bunkers defending the fairways and greens. There are four sets overall, with the tips measuring 6,680 yards, 70.6/123, and course/slope ratings, designed by Larry Rabold.
