Iron Valley Golf Club is just off the Pennsylvania Turnpike at exit 266, east of Harrisburg, about 30 minutes.

The course climbs through a former iron ore mining site on land much as it was. There are varying degrees of elevation changes as it journeys along a mix of narrow, tree-lined fairways or wide open terrain along a lake over humps and hollows while only rarely providing a level lie. There are five holes where water comes into play and an assortment of sand traps defending many of the greens and the occasional fairway landing zone. Each hole is unique and isolated, presenting a different challenge while moving through a scenic setting with a stunning view from the #10 tee. It was designed by P.B. Dye and plays to 7,026 yards, 74.9/138, course/slope ratings from the back tees with four shorter tees.
