Woodstock Country Club is part of the Woodstock Inn Resort, which is southwest of White River Junction, about 10 miles off I-91.

The golf course is a straightforward design scampering over level land along the Kedron River Valley with views of Mount Peg throughout. The tree-lined fairways are sprinkled with fingered sand bunkers and a stream traversing the length of the layout, and several ponds provide water hazards on 12 of the holes. The course is 6,052 yards from the tips, 69.7/123, course/slope ratings with three shorter tees, originally designed by William Tucker in the early 1900s with a redesign by Robert Trent Jones Sr.
