Meadows Farm is located 20 miles west of Fredericksburg off VA 3 and offers a unique golf course experience.

There are a few funky holes here, like the 841-yard par-6, a 165-yard par-3, a baseball diamond with the green sitting in center field, and another par-3, where the green sits atop a miniature waterfall. It's definitely gimmicky, but there are 27 holes here so that the traditionalist will find plenty of "normal" golf. The three nines are named for the unique hole of each group: the Longest Hole nine, the Waterfall nine, and the Island Green nine, along with one practice hole. The layouts were designed by Bill Ward and from the tips play to: ISLAND/LONGEST at 7,014 yards, par of 72, 73.3/129, course/slope ratings; ISLAND/WATERFALL 6,067 yards, par of 70, 68.4/119; LONGEST/WATERFALL 6,871 yards, par of 72, 72.7/129.
