The Indian Hills GC is 10 miles east of Sunbury, just off PA 61 to the south on the west side of Paxinos.

The layout is a classic from the 1920s over a large tract of land, providing ample separation between the holes. It climbs along hilly and sloping contours through a mix of narrow and broad fairways corridors lined by trees. There are slight and dramatic doglegs with a variety of rectangular and kidney-shaped green complexes, both defended by sand bunkers. It plays to 6,595 yards, 72.2/134, course/slope ratings off the back tees, with three shorter tees, designed by Alex Findlay.
