Glen Mills is in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, southeast of West Chester, just east of Rt. 322.

There's pure golf only at Glen Mills, with a combination of open and forested holes built on the grounds of a former boy's reform school. The layout provides continuous variety and challenge with forced carries, tight landing areas, narrow approach shots, and large, undulating, and sloped greens well-defended by sand bunkers. The par 3s are stunning, a couple of the par 5s are reachable in two, and a mix of long and shot two shotters. The course was designed by Bobby Weed with five sets of tees and plays to 6,648 yards, par 71 off the tips, 71.7/141, course/slope ratings.
