The City Course is on the south side of Bryan off the Rudder Freeway at Briarcrest across from Merrill Green Stadium.

The course is a parkland layout meandering along narrow, tree-lined fairways over mostly level land. Sewer Creek cuts across multiple holes and a moderate amount of sand traps guard the modest greens along the landing zones. The golf course was designed by Dr. Marvin Ferguson. From the blue tees, it plays to 6,425 yards, 71.0/126 course/slope ratings, with a variety of shorter tees.
