The Whidbey Golf Club is on the west side of Oak Harbor, off Swantown Road.

The golf course is a parkland-style layout along tree-lined fairways over level terrain in a mostly natural setting with homes along the exterior holes. Ponds and wetlands are potentially in play on half the holes, in addition to well-bunkered fairway landing zones and greens. It's very straightforward and playable overall, with five sets of tees and the tips playing to 6,537 yards, 71.9/129, course/slope ratings.
