Tumwater is a municipal golf course off the I-5 at exits 102/103 south of Olympia.

The 20-hole golf course is a parkland layout traversing generally level terrain on land bisected by the Deschutes River. The fairways are defined by trees, with numerous ponds and the River in play. In addition, a modest number of sand bunkers typically defend the greens. There are four sets of tees, and from the back tees, it's 7,079 yards, 73.7/125, course/slope ratings, designed by Roy Goss and Glen Proctor in 1970.
