Trappers Turn is located just off I-94 at the Dells exit on US 12 with three nine-hole layouts.

The courses are over a large tract of land along natural corridors with a blend of links and parkland-style designs. The layouts provide a bit of everything with lakes/streams/ponds, sand bunkers along the fairways and guarding the greens, moderate elevation change, and numerous doglegs provoking multiple risk/reward options. There are four sets of tees overall and from the tips: Lakes/Canyon 6,972 yards, 73.4/136, course/slope ratings; Canyon/Arbor 6,868 yards, 73.1/135; Arbor/Lake 6,958 yards, 73.5/135, designed by Andy North & Roger Packard in 1990.

There's also 12 North, a Par-3 course that offers 12 holes ranging from 50 to 120 yards, with the ability to stretch a bit farther for the more advanced player. The course is routed over terrain with a change in elevation along exposed sandstone walls.
