The Cliffs at Possum Kingdom Lake is located near Mineral Wells, 30 miles west of Ft. Worth.

The Cliffs is one of Texas's most challenging golf courses, with each hole cut into land, which is bone jarring and bucking like a raging bull. There are ravines, valleys, rock outcroppings, water hazards, blind shots, sand bunkers, cedar groves, and a mixture of native grasses bordering the fairways. The course is 200 feet above and overlooks Possum Kingdom Lake, providing constant views and considerable elevation changes with a memorable set of par 3s. There are tees from 4,878 yards to 6,796 yards, the white tees play to 5,921 yards, 67.6/124, and course/slope ratings, designed by Bruce Devlin and Robert Von Hagge.
