The Bog is located north of Milwaukee and west of Port Washington, off I-43 at WI 33 to the northwest.

The golf course roams through 300 acres of wetlands, woods, rolling hills, and a wildlife habitat bordering Cedarburg Bog, the largest peatland bog in southern Wisconsin. It's an engaging and entertaining layout with various unique holes and strategies. There are long and short holes, left and right doglegs, open and narrow fairways, hilly to level terrain, water hazards on half the holes, and a generous amount of sand traps. It's 7,221 yards, 75.3/143, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tee boxes, designed by Arnold Palmer in 1995.
