Sweetwater Country Club is off I-20 on the northwest side of Sweetwater.

The layout winds along live oak, elm, cottonwood, mesquite, and willow-lined fairways over level terrain. In terms of hazards, a few ponds are in play, and a stream traverses the western border, while sand bunkers defend the generous greens. Designed by M.C. Alston, it can play to 6,380 yards, 70.0/118, course/slope ratings off the back tees.
