Sammy Baugh Golf Course is a nine-hole layout on the south side of Snyder, bordering the West Texas College Campus to the south. The majority of the holes wrap around a large lake.

The course moves over level terrain along fairways defined by a scattering of trees, leading to modest greens, many of which are defended by sand bunkers. Designed by Jim Eagle, it can play to 3,045 yards, 34.7/128, course/slope rating off the back tees with two shorter tees.
