Rochelle Ranch is 150 miles west of Cheyenne and 300 miles east of Salt Lake City in Rawlins, Wyoming, right off the I-80 exit at 6,800 feet above sea level.

The golf course provides varying degrees of elevation change as it journeys over a large tract of land open to the elements with magnificent views. The fairways move up, down, and across the ranging ranchland with five water hazards and a generous amount of sand traps. There's essentially no rough, just grass fairways and greens bordered by sandy desert, sage, and scrub bushes. It can play to a massive 7,925 yards, 75.9/128, course/slope ratings from the tips with four shorter tees to 5,706 yards, designed by Ken Kavanaugh.
