Riverhill is slightly over an hour northwest of San Antonio, off I-10 in Kerrville. It is in a residential community with on-site accommodations.

It's said that Byron Nelson once remarked, "If I had only one golf course to play, it would be Riverhill." The golf course is a hilly, parkland layout meandering along fairways dotted with oak trees. There's the Camp Meeting Creek and Reservoir, both in play frequently, along with an assortment of sand bunkers defending the fairways and sloped, undulating green complexes. It's a Byron Nelson/Joe Finger design of 6,855 yards, 73.2/138, course/slope ratings off the tips with three shorter tees.
