Ratliff Ranch is north of Odessa on the east side of the airport and Ratliff Stadium.

The layout is a wide open, links-style design over mounded fairways and rolling terrain with multiple water hazards and well-bunkered fairways and greens. There are four sets of tees with the tips playing to 6,849 yards, 73.0/122, and course/slope ratings, designed by Jeff Brauer.
