Pleasant Valley is across the MD line off I-83 in Stewartstown, about halfway between Baltimore and York.

The layout is mostly wide open along parallel holes bordered by woods and farm fields with an out-in-the-country feel to it. There are scattered trees lining the fairways and a moderate amount of sand bunkering along with OB and water in play on a few holes. The finish at 18, "Heartbreak," is a 238-yard par 3! The course plays 6,497 yards from the tips, 69.8/113 course, and slope ratings with three shorter tees.
