The generally level layout is split by Pleasant Valley Road with 6 holes on the eastern side, while the balance are on the west side with generous spacing between the individual holes. There's a total of 42 sand traps and four ponds featuring an island green par 3 and Mounts Creek running the west border from north to south and in play on several holes.
