Mill Race is north of Bloomsburg in Benton, 35 miles west of Wilkes Barre.

The golf course is on a bend of Fishing Creek, on level terrain surrounded by foothills, along a mix of narrow and open, tree-lined fairways. Numerous water hazards are in play, and an abundance of sand bunkers, especially defending the greens, are present. It's only 5,990 yards and a par of 70 from the tips, 67.8/121, course/slope ratings with two shorter tes, designed and redesigned by Geoffrey Cornish and Bill Robinson.
