Mascoutin is a 27-hole golf course south of Berlin, off WI 49, and to the west, on the south side of the Fox River.
The three layouts are similar in design as they move along undulating, old-growth, tree-lined fairways with multiple streams, ponds, wetlands, and an array of sand traps. The Blue Nine is along the wetlands of the River, the White Nine is through a small residential community, and the Red is along tree-lined corridors. There are four sets of tees overall, from the tips to the yardages, course/slope ratings for the various combinations: Red-3,463 yards, White 3,432 yards, Blue-3,461 yards, Red/White-73.2/132, course/slope ratings; White/Blue-73.2/132; Red/Blue-73.0/131. The Red and White Nines by Larry Packard, while the Blue course was designed by Rick Jacobson.
