Leavenworth is on the south side of town, just off US 2, about 30 minutes west of Wenatchee.

The golf course is a parkland layout in a scenic setting on the west bank of the Wenatchee River, where it joins with Icicle Creek south of Leavenworth. The layout is characterized by narrow, tree-lined fairways, minimal sand bunkers positioned mainly on the green side, and postage stamp-sized greens over land with some elevation change. It's in a scenic setting with a view of the Eastern Cascades and a few holes along the river where salmon often spawn. It's not a long course, only 5,699 yards from the tips, 66.8/112, course/slope ratings with one shorter tee, an original early 1900s layout expanded over the years by Ed Kuch
