The layout travels through a resort and residential community along palm, Cook, and Norfolk Island pine-tree-lined fairways over hilly terrain. Three holes are directly on the Pacific, while others provide expansive views of the coastline as well. There are five sets of tees from 5,342 to 6,657 yards off the tips are available; the white tees play to 6,026 yards, 68.9/123, course/slope ratings, designed by William Bell.
