The Greens at Deerfield is about an hour north of Knoxville off I-75 at exit 134 at Caryville. It is etched into a forest and offers views of Norris Lake.

The layout is challenging due to the hilly and narrow, tree-lined fairways, which rarely produce a level lie. There are several water hazards and a moderate use of sand traps. The course is a Bobby Clampett design, 6,716 yards from the gold tees, 72.8/131 course/slope ratings, and four shorter tees.
