Green Ridge is about 10 minutes from Middletown off I-84 in Johnson, surrounded by fields and forests.

The golf course is a playable parkland layout winding along old-growth, tree-lined fairways over some elevation change, with both interesting and quirky holes. Rutgers Creek snakes through multiple holes, ponds, and wetlands with minimal sand bunkers bordering the postage stamp-sized oval greens. It plays to a par of 71 and 5,667 yards, 70.0/113, course/slope ratings from the tips, designed by Lance Enholm.
