The layout is within a residential development over level, but mounded fairways with scattered trees at the borders and water hazards in play on over half the holes. There are tees from 4,600 to 7,000 yards; the white tees are 6,161 yards, 69.3/120, course/slope ratings, designed by Kevin Tucker.
