Eagle Knoll is located on US Hwy. 63 between Columbia and Jefferson City on the north side of the Missouri River.

The golf course meanders along a large tract of land over rolling hills and through unique, isolated, tree-lined fairways. There's a fair amount of elevation change with numerous water hazards, including ponds, streams, wetlands, and sand bunkers along the fairways and guarding the greens. It plays to 6,920 from the back tees, 73.8/141, course/slope ratings with three shorter tee boxes, designed by Gary Kern.
