Champions Run Golf Course is an hour from downtown Nashville, southwest of Murfreesboro, off Hwy 269, surrounded by farmland and forests.

The course is a parkland layout with level topography and fairways defined by trees. Puckett Branch snakes through the course from north to south and is often in play, in addition to multiple ponds. There are also a modest number of sand bunkers defending the landing zones and the contoured greens. The White tees are 6,472 yards, 71.1/118, course/ratings with one longer and two shorter tees, designed by C. Stuart Moore in 2002.
