Canyon Lakes is within a residential development on the south side of Kennewick, off US 395.

The course is a challenging layout with a pesky stream and numerous ponds providing water in play on the majority of the holes. Additionally, there are sand bunkers defending the fairways and greens, and OB on multiple holes as it meanders over rolling, tree-lined fairways.
