Blissful Meadows is near the MA/RI border between Worcester and Woonsocket off Rt 146.

The golf course is a parkland-style layout carved through the forests and natural areas on a large tract of land, with each hole isolated and separate. There's ample elevation change as the routing moves along broad, tree-lined fairways with numerous ponds and streams dotting the landscape and sand bunkers generally positioned around the raised greens. The signature par-3 13th hole was built on top of the abandoned Scadden Silver Mine, with the thin green positioned between a rock ledge and an embankment to the rear. It plays to 6,700 yards, 73.4/136, course/slope ratings from the tips with three shorter tees, redesigned by Brian Silva.

With a nod to the land's past, the clubhouse is a Victorian-era barn, tee markers are miniature cupolas mimicking the clubhouse, and there are antique farm machinery and cars scattered about the property.
