Bella Vista is northeast of Pottstown in Gilbertsville off Swamp Pike at Fagleysville Road to the east, about 30 minutes from King of Prussia.

The golf course is a parkland layout partially bordering a residential development, with most of the homesites set back from the broad fairways. The fairways are defined by trees over rolling terrain, with several ponds/lakes in play, featuring an island green, and sand bunkers lining the fairways and securing the greens. It can play to 6,474 yards from the tips, with 70.1/134 course/slope ratings and three shorter sets of tes designed by James Blaukovitch.
