Armitage is west of the Susquehanna River and Harrisburg in Mechanicsburg off I-81 at the Wentzville Rd Exit.

It's a straightforward parkland layout along narrow, hardwood tree-lined corridors leading to a variety of shapes and sizes of green complexes well defended by sand bunkers. It's a par of 70 and only 5,933 yards from the tips, with 67.3/117 course/slope ratings and three shorter tees, designed by Ault and Clark in the 1970s.
