Apostle Highlands is on the northern tip of Wisconsin on Lake Superior at Bayfield and the Apostle Islands Park.

The golf course is situated on a bluff 700 feet above the Lake, overlooking Madeline Island. It features a mix of narrow and broad fairways lined by trees over a large, natural tract of hilly terrain, with sand bunkers and water hazards in play along the fairways and defending the greens. Designed by Bill Korpella, it plays to 6,333 yards from the blue tees, 70.7/129 course/slope ratings with two shorter tees.
